The evening starts with a short introduction and simple rules.
Each guest receives their own set of chips and a glass for blind tasting.
You taste the wine, share impressions and place your bets on grape variety, origin and style.
After each round, the wine is revealed.
Correct guesses double your chips. Wrong ones disappear.
At the end of the evening, we crown the winner.

Hi, I’m Polina — a sommelier currently completing my WSET Diploma.
Originally from Estonia, I studied in London and now live in Copenhagen, working in hospitality and wine.
I’m fascinated by how wine comes together — how climate, soil and technique shape what we taste in the glass.
But more than anything, I love the moment when someone takes a sip and suddenly understands what they’re tasting.
Wine Casino was created to make wine more approachable, social and genuinely fun
